Welcome to World History!
Mr. Rybarczyk took this amazing photo
of the pyramids and it is titled,
"Road to Cairo."
I am the sort of person who is impassioned about life and all the adventures that you can have on this amazing journey. I love studying and learning about world history. My passion for the subject started when I was just a little girl and it has snowballed into more than just a passion, but a career. I attended Cornerstone University and received a B.A. in History, English and Philosophy and then went onto Grand Valley State University to receive a Master's in Education and History.
For as long as I can remember I have been curious about all of the people and places that I have studied, this passion catapulted me into a life long addiction for travel. The summer I graduated from high school I traveled by myself and spent the summer in London, England and Paris, France and from that day on I was hooked. I have since lived and studied in London, and lived and taught in both Malaysia and Prague, Czech Republic. I have been blessed to have traversed to over 39 countries spanning 4 continents and I am nowhere close to being done.
Fortunately, I have an amazing husband, son and pup who also love to travel, so we are able to explore this incredible world together as a family.
It is through my real life experiences that I am able to make World History come alive and it is my hope that each one of my students will become inspired to not only learn and love World History, but to seek out the opportunities to travel and experience where the history actually took place.
